Carmelwell started the way most things do — not with a big idea, but with a small frustration.
We kept finding supplements that were either overpriced and overhyped, or cheap and questionable. The brands that used good ingredients charged a fortune and talked to you like you were already a wellness convert. The affordable ones cut corners on the things that actually matter — the form of B12, the extract standardisation, the dose.
We thought there had to be a middle ground. Something honest. Something that worked. Something you could afford to take every month without thinking twice about it.
So we made Steady.
What goes into it
We built the formula around KSM-66® ashwagandha — the most researched ashwagandha extract available, grown on organic farms in Rajasthan, India, where the plant has been cultivated for thousands of years. We use it at 600mg, standardised to 5% withanolides. That's the dose the clinical trials actually used.
Everything else in the bottle is there because it belongs there. Methylcobalamin B12 because it's the form your body actually absorbs.
